Wow, Steadily I reached the chapter 4 in the series. Anyway, let me warn you about the “tough” part.
How we say it is more important, right? Tough is just a drama part which you should ignore though. Remove the drama out of the equation, it gets simplified, but it can be true only if you are the most unbiased human & love by nature flows around you.
Also, Things are tough only until pursued. On the lines of tough, here's something I wrote sometime back... “If something sounds difficult”.
Its technically a relative term. Something tough for me might not be tough for you. And so until you believe/trust me, you probably won’t even pursue the tough conversations.
But the so called tough conversations change the direction of life. They enable a path that was otherwise not even visible. They enable freedom of mind and hence pursuing the higher scheme of things.
The toughest conversations are the one with yourselves. You have to ask questions, you have to answer. You have to moderate and you have to reward / punish yourself.
And technically you have the answers too. Let me rephrase that with myself. I generally loose a conversation with myself.
But I choose to lose so the one me who wins can feel powerful. The loser me now knows what not to do. But the loser me usually leads the way.
And I am kind of fine with that. Where is the fun in winning? You learn minimally.
Losing is fun, you learn 10x.
But moving the leadership ladder changes a lot of things. It's a game of bets & balances. Right?
